Cypic, formerly known as CygamesPictures, was a subsidiary of Cygames. As part of a broader corporate restructuring, all shares of CygamesPictures were transferred to Cygames parent company CyberAgent on February 27, 2026. Following this change, CygamesPictures was subsequently rebranded as Cypic on April 6, 2026.
