In 1995, she debuted with "Panky Cake Junkie" in Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend. She became famous too fast, and regrettably her virgin tankoubon "Karaoke Baka Ichidai," sold by a small company, went out of print. In May 2005, her "Koibumi Biyori" won Kodansha's Manga Award. (Source: MU)
