Background

Based on a children's novel from 1968 by Paul Gallico, "Manxmouse: The Mouse Who Knew No Fear". The 1979 anime movie was dubbed into English, broadcast on Nickelodeon in 1989 and released on VHS in 1990 by Celebrity Home Entertainment.
